Scottish Athletics – Coaches – to employ or self employ

A very wet March evening saw Penny and Wendy visit the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome for the first time, to give a presentation to Scottish Athletics Clubs on ‘Planning for the Future,’ presenting facts to help clubs make the right decisions when employing coaches on an employed or self employed basis. Following this we are now working with several clubs to help them make the right decisions on employment and governance going forward.
