Penny with her fellow Directors of Foxlake Adventures welcomed the CEO, Chairman, and Trustees of Viridor Credits along with good friend Michael Cunningham, local project assessor to Foxlake. Viridor Credits has funded several developments at Foxlake including one of the two overhead cables, changing rooms and fitting out a railway carriage for use as a community space. One of the Trustees was brave enough to try his hand a wakeboarding but failed to encourage others to join him in the water.
That evening Penny and Wendy attended the Legacy: Scotland Awards Ceremony at the Radisson Blu, where 60 invited guests from steering groups, project applicants, Viridor and parties interested in the Landfill Communities Fund attended this celebration of Viridor funding across Scotland in the last 10 years.
