Review of Hallhill Healthy Living Centre and Pennypit Community Development Trust

PMR Leisure have been commissioned by East Lothian Council to review the current financial stability, governance, value for money, organisational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats going forward for both Hallhill Healthy Living Centre and Pennypit Community Development Trust. PMR Leisure will undertake in depth consultation with all key stakeholders of both organisations and provide a final report with recommendations being presented to the two respective boards.
