Penny and Wendy took a trip down to south west Scotland to meet the Team at Heston Rovers FC who are hugely committed group of charitable Directors driving community football in Dumfries.
Currently working out of a set of linked together portacabins and containers they deliver year round youth and senior football for over 200 kids on the leased Mayfield site. PMR Leisure have been commissioned along with Slorach & Wood Architects to develop a new home for them to provide them a long term sustainable home for the club and their local community which includes close neighbours of 2 primaries and a secondary school.
