We also provide advice to the quality housing developer AMA in relation to:

• The construction work being carried out on the Cramond site in Edinburgh which has traditionally been a location for sport and recreational facilities with Dunfermline College of Physical Education previously based there.
• When AMA took over the site and applied to the city to develop housing the reinstatement of sport and leisure facilities was considered to be a high priority as part of the planning permission.
• We were brought on board to provide advice on the AMA vision to develop a community multi sport village and the proposals are currently being developed.
