Bathgate Academy

Bathgate Academy was part of West Lothian Council’s PPP1 programme and we were brought in to develop the planned sports facilities into a regional sports hall through working with sportscotland.  The unique nature of this project combining a PPP and the demands of external funding requirements led to an innovative community led management arrangement to be put in place.  West Lothian Council has since used this model created by PMR Leisure across other schools in the area
